Personal histories

Personal Histories continues my exploration of memory and perception, themes at the heart of my practice. First created to celebrate L‑J and Laurence’s wedding, the works offer glimpses of the places and people that matter deeply to them, weaving together small moments and emotional impressions. Over time, the series expands beyond personal tribute to reflect on how our most intimate stories shift, fade, and transform.

The delicate monotype prints on translucent voile evoke the fleeting nature of time, spaces where memory and dream, past and present, gently overlap. The voile itself brings a sense of fragility and openness, echoing how personal histories are layered, transparent, and sometimes uncertain. The work invites viewers to reflect on how love and memory shape the environments we build and the stories we carry with us.
