About the artwork: In Tea-time, I explore the quiet significance of everyday rituals and the moments of pause they bring to our busy lives. I am interested in how simple, repeated actions, such as making and sharing tea, create a sense of comfort, rhythm, and continuity. Rather than depicting the ritual itself, I sought to capture its mood: a moment of stillness, anticipation, and calm within the flow of the day.
